What stovetops are compatible?

Our deep frying pan is designed with a highly magnetic stainless steel base and is suitable for all hobs including induction.

Can a deep skillet be used in the oven? Or can it only be used on the stovetop?

Our deep skillets can be used in the oven, but please remove the handles when using the oven, which is oven safe up to 550°F (without the handles).

How do I care for the non-stick coating on my Deep Skillet to ensure its longevity?

To maintain the non-stick coating of a deep skillet, avoid using metal products that can scratch the surface. Silicone and wooden spatulas are recommended. Also when cleaning, hand washing with a soft sponge and mild detergent is recommended.

Is the handle removable?

The handles are removable. The removable wood grain Bakelite handles stay cool to the touch and provide a secure grip during cooking. In addition the removable handle design makes it easier to store and use the oven.
