• How to use moist heat？

  • Gently dab/pat one side of the Pad with a wet sponge/cloth or use a spray bottle to apply a fine mist. 
  • Make sure the Control Connector or Pad Connector is not sprayed or dampened. 
  • Place the moistened side of the Pad on top of the body. 
  • Turn the product off by pressing the On/Off Button and unplug it when it is not in use.

  • Don't use dryer to dry, suggest natural air
